Arlington Heights, IL (November 1, 2012) — Professional Builder magazine (www.HousingZone.com), the nation’s leading business publication dedicated to the home building industry, has named luxury home builder Toll Brothers, Inc. its 2012 Builder of the Year. Horsham, Pa.-based Toll Brothers is the 47th builder to be honored as Builder of the Year by Professional Builder editors and the first two-time recipient; the firm was Builder of the Year in 1988.
The award honors innovative home builders whose ideas and business results over a period of time represent the best in home building. The winning firm is selected by the magazine editors, with input from a select group of industry executives.
The Toll Brothers executive team will receive their honor during an awards dinner at the International Builders’ Show in Las Vegas on January 21.
