At Scranton Gillette Communications, our partnerships with industry trade associations across all of our brands speak to our strong tradition of commitment to the industries we serve. From our founder’s affiliation with American Road and Transportation Builders Association (ARTBA) to our now 90-year membership with the Wastewater Equipment Manufacturers Association (WWEMA), programs with the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM), among more than 40 respected national associations, we pride ourselves on innovative, collaborative and service-focused programs. As we see it, this forms the foundation of our collective successes.
As a company with award-winning brands across multiple platforms, our executive leadership, our publishers, editors and content creators participate actively throughout the year on creative, industry-specific projects, and engage in conference and awards programs. Representatives from all of our brands devote their time and talent to hundreds of events each year to continually connect members with award-winning, market-leading content that drives our industries forward. A few examples follow:
Water Week in Washington
Our Water & Wastes Digest brand team has been an active member of the Water and Wastewater Equipment Manufacturer’s Association (WWEMA) for 90 years. During the 2019 WWEMA Spring Forum, to be held in Washington, DC, WWD will be collaborating with WWEMA on a Facebook Live event during the 3-day event, bringing members current news and information.
Lighting Showroom of the Year Awards
For 10 years, we have partnered with the Dallas Market Center to recognize top lighting retail showrooms. Furniture, Lighting & Decor develops an annual overview of all the finalists and the winners are announced at an awards ceremony each June at Dallas Market Center’s Lightovation event.
Within healthcare, transportation, infrastructure, water, home furnishings or music, our industries thrive when leaders work together. Our company is eager to support and continue that tradition.
