Arlington Heights, IL (April 20, 2016) — Professional Remodeler magazine recently posted its annual list of 40 Under 40 remodeling industry trailblazers on its website, ProRemodeler.com. Each of the 32 men and eight women members of the Class of 2016 is profiled in the April issue of the magazine.
The depth of talent and accomplishments was evident in the hundreds of nominations submitted this year. A panel of Professional Remodeler editors made the difficult decisions of selecting the 40 winners, based on accomplishments achieved by creating and applying best practices in a multitude of their organization’s operations.
From Alaska to Florida, California to New York, Texas to Minnesota, and states in between, this year’s class represents all regions of the United States and spans an age range of 23 to 39 years. Its members are involved in all aspects of the remodeling and home improvement industry, from design and construction, to production and project management, to sales and marketing. Their titles include president, partner, owner, lead designer, VP of sales, director of operations, and project manager, among others.
These head-of-the-class young leaders have implemented new programs, and in some cases software, that resulted in increased efficiency and sales, and decreased costs and project completion times. Many have addressed the industry’s ongoing staffing challenges by establishing internships and ramping up marketing to potential hires.
