Arlington Heights, IL (July 1, 2015) — Professional Builder magazine was presented with a Best Residential Trade Magazine Gold Award by the National Association of Real Estate Editors (NAREE) at its 49th Journalism Conference, which was held at the Intercontinental Miami hotel on June 26.
NAREE was founded in 1929 and currently has more than 650 members. Its 65th annual awards competition recognizes excellence in reporting, writing and editing stories about residential and commercial real estate. A panel of expert judges from the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism at Ohio University selected the award winners. The panel was chaired by former news reporter and editor Professor Emeritus Patrick S. Washburn.
In their selection of Professional Builder for a Best Residential Trade Magazine Gold Award, the judges commented that the brand offers a great deal of information, presented well, with enticing graphics.
“Professional Builder is dedicated to delivering the business news, design trends, and new product information that home builders need to grow their businesses,” says Editorial Director Denise Dersin. “To be recognized with this distinguished award for accomplishing what we love to do is very gratifying.”
