Neal Award finalists, with SGC/SGC Horizon’s Building Design+Construction (BD+C) named as one of four finalists in three categories. The winners, selected for exhibiting journalistic enterprise, service to the industry and editorial craftsmanship, will be announced on March 27 at the New York City awards ceremony.
