A first-of-its-kind presentation, the Think Diversity webinar covers the ABCs of disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE) and “how-to” tips for implementing successful internal diversity and inclusion (D&I) programs for infrastructure industry companies.

Black, senior manager of diversity & inclusion at the American Society of Civil Engineers.

“Committing to a strong DBE program and the principles of fairness and opportunity for all business partners benefits us all,” says W&WD Publisher Dennis Martyka.

“Organizational D&I programs promote growth, structure, and continued success in any organization,” adds R&B Publisher Ryan Hanson.

Intended webinar audience members include infrastructure contractors, corporate management, municipal engineers, government administrators, and public works and safety directors. Following the webinar is a Q&A session.
